Marry My Husband Episode 10 Recap

The failed family meeting leaves Min-hwan extremely resentful and he rushes to Ji-won’s house to confront her. However, he is shocked when someone else opens the door while Ji-won opens the door to her new house to Hee-yeon and Ji-hyeok. The two help her settle down while Hee-yeon begins to get suspicious about Ji-hyeok’s behaviour towards Ji-won.

The next day, Min-hwan makes his anger known to all and rushes to Ji-won as soon as she enters to begin a fight but is slapped by her in front of everyone. Their colleagues are shocked by this sudden chaos as Ji-won confronts Min-hwan for cheating on her while throwing a pair of women’s underwear at him. This shocks everyone as rumours spread around the company, leaving Min-hwan stressed.

Su-min tries to take this chance to get together with him officially, however, Min-hwan makes it clear that he is not interested in getting married to her as she is not “marriage material”. Kim Kyung-wook who has just returned to work overhears their talk and rushes to fight Min-hwan. However, he unintentionally exposes that Min-hwan was cheating on Ji-won with Su-min which becomes another shocker for everyone who is keeping up with news of this “love triangle”.

As people continue to sympathize with Ji-won, the talks about Min-hwan and Su-min’s affair leave the two in a bad situation at work. Su-min tries to reach out to Ji-won to explain the situation but cannot get through to her this time. The next day, Ji-won and Joo-ran find out about the incident the two had caused during the promotion event and call them out.

Later, Suk-joon calls out the two on behalf of HR and tells Min-hwan that he can only keep his job by getting transferred while Su-min is fired as she is only a contract worker. Meanwhile, he also informs Kyung-wook that he cannot keep his position any longer due to various reasons and will now have to work under Joo-ran.

Later, Joo-ran comes across Suk-joon and tells him that Ji-won deserves the promotion that she would get from the meal-kit project as she planned to begin with. Finally having let this out, she also apologises to Ji-won but their talk is interrupted when Hee-yeon rushes to tell them of a commotion happening downstairs.

Ji-won rushes down to find an elderly couple asking for her while blaming her for demeaning them and being insensitive about allergies. Ji-won rushes up to them but is slapped by the woman who questions her about the post online. Ji-won does not lose her calm and asks to see the post and understands that it is Su-min’s work and this time she has crossed the line.

She calls out for her and reveals that it was indeed Su-min who impersonated Ji-won and put up the post on the internet. The couple remembers Su-min from the incident last time and believes Ji-won after which they apologise to her. Meanwhile, Su-min cries out loud and begs for forgiveness while revealing that she has been emotional lately because of her pregnancy.

This shocks everyone, but Min-hwan receives the biggest shock as he later drowns in alcohol while thinking about what his life has come to be. He later walks back home in his drunken state but is taken by two men who seem like money lenders and Min-hwan, in fear for his life, promises to return their money soon as his parents will give him the money once he gets married.

With Su-min in mind for this, he promises them and rushes home as soon as possible. He later goes to meet Su-min while the two goons turn out to be Ji-hyeok’s friends. Meanwhile, Min-hwan sees Su-min’s state and makes use of this to ask her to get married to him while using the same promise he had recently made to Ji-won.

The next day, Yoo Han-il finds out the truth about Ji-won’s matter and wishes to meet her soon. Ji-won is taken to him and manages to impress him while Ji-hyeok rushes to them as soon as he finds out about their meeting. He then takes Ji-won away and tells her that Min-hwan will soon marry Su-min after his intervention.

Marry My Husband Episode 10 Review

The second half of the show has begun and it is leaving us cheering all around as Ji-won makes our hearts pound with her badass ways and the happiness she is bringing Ji-hyeok. Having finally kissed Ji-hyeok, we are all definitely screaming inside as our green flag gets the happiness he deserves.

Coming back to this episode, it was quite a rollercoaster for Su-min as she faces the contempt of those around her as well as from Min-hwan. While she is not a character we like in any way, we all feel sympathetic when Min-hwan tells her that she is only a pretty face and proposes to her with the words he once used for someone else.

Meanwhile, our anger levels rise with Min-hwan on the screen as he shows us the various shades of a red flag that everyone needs to stay at least a hundred miles away from. He is even making Su-min look better with his actions and that’s quite a big thing seeing as Su-min has been ruining Ji-won’s life for years now.

Finally, we are looking forward to more warmth from the Ji-won Ji-hyeok couple, but there might just be another couple that could soon win our hearts just as much.
