The story unfolds at the airport when Serin’s luggage is mistakenly exchanged with another passenger’s suitcase, identical in colour. Mehmet steps in to assist her in locating her missing luggage. From the moment they first meet, there’s an immediate connection between them. In their quest to find the bag, they visit the shop of the other passenger, who isn’t present, and leave a message to rendezvous at a hotel. Together, they head to the hotel and spend the night there, seizing the opportunity to get to know each other better.
Right from the start, it felt like any other rom-com movie where two strangers meet and feel attracted to each other. One person aimed to be a supportive friend, considering they were both married, while the other openly flirted. Watching them together, it seemed inevitable they might cheat on their spouses, which felt a bit odd since it’s not the first time we’ve seen two people tired of their marriages seeking something new. However, what made it compelling was the backdrop and their presence, which beautifully nurtured the romance. Even though they conveyed a sense of wrongdoing, you couldn’t help but be captivated by their story.
