What is Kento Kaku’s House of Ninjas About? Plot, Release Date, Cast and More

Writer-director Dave Boyle brings a drama series to the table in February 2024 with hints of crime and thrill and also a little bit of saving the world as we know it! The intriguing trailer has left fans eager to experience what the series is about because there is a ton of action and discussions surrounding toxics that make people drop dead to keep things interesting. The series (aka 忍びの家 House of Ninjas), thus, will appeal to a wide range of fans who love the mystery behind ninjas and what makes them a deadly but dependable force to be reckoned with in Japan.

However, the storyline isn’t just about ninjas and their fight to save Japan. There’s also the element of a family drama, showcasing a seemingly normal family that is trying to live and keep themselves safe. However, their duty to their country comes in between their normal existence and the fact that their generational talents cannot be kept secret within them for too long. Thus, there are multiple layers to these people as they try to walk the thin line between normalcy and danger and try to strike a balance.

House of Ninjas Plot

The storyline follows the Tawara family who, in spite of being generational ninjas, have abandoned their roots after a deadly situation in the past. In spite of leaving that part of their lives behind, the family still cannot ignore who they are inside and soon enough, when a dangerous enemy rises that threatens to destroy everything, the family must come out of the shadows once more and keep their nation safe.

The thrilling trailer with a runtime of almost 3 minutes, gives a solid introduction to the story and creates a thrilling narrative that will definitely intrigue anyone. The gritty and dark cinematography gives us a look into the lives of the different members of the Tamara family, who clearly cannot leave their pasts behind although they have tried to move on. The introduction of the toxics and a thrilling and mysterious antagonist who, after causing a devastating situation resulting in the deaths of many, is set on doing something more tragic and drastic sets up the space for a shockingly thrilling experience.

Of course, the family has to decide to save their motherland and get back in their game which results in them coming face to face with a situation that is more threatening than anything that they could’ve imagined. House of Ninjas looks like it knows what it is doing and it is doing it very well. It’s thrilling and the fast pace of the trailer is already a good indicator of what’s to come!

  1. Okies i guess…sometimes they do ninja stuff at work, but why not at home and other places in public, stores?!, im watching first episode where they have usally boring dinner, could they do something like throwing plate forks knifes very fast right at the table, and even faster then they removes it after dinner,

Otherwise its just a romantich stuff so far, and the bad guys so far is a joke,

The rest i see after like jumping on a roof, i think all of could do that nothing impressing so far, gets up some speed, a whole family of ninjas could do things better and faster than ordinary people, use cig computer effects if ut helps,

My score nothing unusual so far: 2.5 of 5, i hope someone robbs them, maybe grandma gets robbed but that is the thiefs fuck around and find out, that could be fun, if netflix acttuly use their shortage of braincells they have left up their sculls.

  2. Okies….i hope much more ninja stuff happens, so far its very little, boring school and work stuff, romantich shit on school, stealing just to deliver ut back!??!?? I dont get that, just keep it and then the bad guy starts hunting them down, that guy after work on the cafe, talking too the same girl every time, JUST GET A FRIGGING ROOM ALREADY…. im 30 minuttes in 1 episode im kinda boring…the bad guys just show up here and there and act tuff and says a few word and thats it?!!?

  3. Uuuh…why is the fighting and ninja stuff alwas at night?!? I dont see shit whats going on, could the family not be attacket at day time?!! Inside of a house, or in a wearhouse, and they dont need too wear ninja outfitt at all but using things that in that warehouse??!? If i dont see stuff like that its sooo over, game over.

  4. WTF….. episode 2 20 minuttes in, the guy and the girl from the cafe is breaking and entering a someone else place, the hide because the person who lives there comes back like 30 second after they entered,

Then a robber or ninja knock her out, then hanging her, so that guy cant show that hes a ninja because of that cafe f…bitch.?!?? They just wait it out, now after they comes out of the closet and the clumsy girl fall on the floor…. THEY STILL NOT CUT THE ROPE ON THAT WOMEN!???

she may be still alive but they do shit,.. not even call ambulanse or cop…THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THESE GUYS PLEASE SAVE A LIFE…

if this have is going to be IM SOOO FUUCKING OUT….

  5. There was a office fight between some guys, ok cool, but i did like see nothing whats going on, its was vwry dark, could just turn the light on and destroyed that office, its usally cool in other usa amerca action movies, but this i cant watch, the same the ninja fight at the dark night i diden care so much and scrolled past that, again big waste of money from netflix…

  6. Episode 3 40 minuttes in, is that guy supose too be a sjaman or something!? Hes was talking nonsens for 10 minutes in the most boring room i ever seen, should been bitt dramatic,

The a girl gives he a sword YYYIIIKKES WHAT HAPPEND TO HER EYE BROWNS?!? Thank you netflixfor the jumpscare i WAS eating….that was a weird end of eps 3…the guy just talking for 10 minuttes more without a good fight scene….

  7. Its said 16 of age to watch this, im at episode 4 at the end, big cool fight with acttual a minimal light in the background so i can catch a glimp of some parts,

Just dont expext things like heads flying of, or arms or legs with blood squirts, its always like non lethal killing or knock them out ninja tecnics….and soo teatric stuff with big white ninja costume, not a serious and violent one, i would say even 12 years old of age could no problem too watch this, even a twelve year kids today with cellephone have seen everything on the internet of porn and violent movies..

  8. Episode 5 meeting with the old fart of a cop, the clumsy assitant loses hes pen on the floor, the hidden girl under the table SHE JUST PICK IT I UP AND THROWS IT EXTREMELY HARD AT THE GUYS SHOES…..i think this could be done a bit better i jus banged my head in nearest brickwall, oh good lordi almighty…..its the old guy the big boss of the ninja shinobi family????

Evertime he shows up he has zero good things too say or do, please let some ninja of him very soon, we dont need a very negative guy in this show….
