The premise of the show is similar to its predecessor, Youn’s Kitchen, with a major change in the menu. In the previous series, the guests were tasked with cooking traditional Korean dishes, but in Seo Jin’s, the participants are asked to prepare a lighter and friendlier menu.

The brand-new show takes place in Mexico, and the president of the restaurant is Lee Seo-jin, followed by Jung Yu-mi as director, Park Seo-joon is the general manager, Choi Woo-shik and BTS’ V are the interns. Produced by tvN, the show showcases how the artists band together to run the diner and gain the most profits while maintaining the quality of the food.

Korean street food is the main delicacy of the franchise restaurant. Apart from cooking, the cast also engages in fun activities and entertain the audience. Each of them gets along with the other incredibly well and display their sportsmanship. However, certain things went wrong a few times, but they maintained their calm and turned the dire situations into funny moments.
