IVE is a six-member girl group that debuted on December 1, 2021, with their single album Eleven. Consisting of members An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, and Leeseo, the group was formed by Starship Entertainment. The group’s latest EP IVE Empathy marks the group’s comeback this year. With double title tracks- Rebel Hearts and ATTITUDE, the album consists of a total of six tracks among which the others are- Flu, You Wanna Cry, Thank U, and TKO.

Entering a loveless society and preaching love, IVE not only does this very smoothly but also with an attitude that leaves you enchanted by their charisma. The group’s talent has left me speechless in more than one scene in this music video and I cannot deny the magic that has caught me in its bind. The song is not only catchy but also one that makes me excited for the group’s future in the industry.
We have to begin by talking about the vocals of the members that have truly caught me off guard. Especially the high notes that were hit in the right moments which only left me speechless. The effortless vibe that was carried when hitting these notes where absolutely breathtaking and made me want to listen to the song all over again.
Coming to the music video itself, beautiful is all I think about when watching the video. The visuals of the members are truly stunning, but the way this video is captured is a creative genius that leaves me amazed. The smooth progression of the music video is already worth applause, but the way it also brings out the meaning behind the lyrics of the song is what brings the real magic out. The meaning of the lyrics and the plot of the video go so well hand in hand, that we cannot stop talking about it.
Then there are the colours used in the video which show the difference between the loveless society and the change these girls are bringing to it. From blending into society to accepting the oddity that they are in this world and showing it off proudly, the colour schemes are another artistic beauty of the song that I cannot overlook.
And finally, we have to talk about the choreography that’s like the cherry on the cake for fans and viewers. The dance sequences are catchy in themselves and added at the right moments, bringing us to the peak of the magic that’s unfolding in front of us all.
Altogether, everything from the music video to the choreography, and performance of the artists and their individual talents is shining in this video and is perfect to capture more hearts around the world.
