The episode started off where the last one ended. Previously a number of pre-teen students entered the premises of the facility, which left the audience confused. Moreover, we finally got a glimpse of Tokio and her baby in the new episode. Furthermore, a lot of foreshadowing is included that peaks the excitement further.
Usually, Maru and Kiruko have always remained the central part of the story. But in the new episode, much of the story took place inside the facility, which is named ‘Heaven’. Regardless, Maru and Kiruko are gradually stepping closer to their destination and sooner or later, they might learn the truth. Moreover, an important character from Kiruko’s past reappears that could drastically change the course of the plot.
The focal point of this episode was Mimihime and her fascinating ability to see into the future. Through hyper realistic hallucinations, she can get the sense of what will happen in the near future before anyone else. Not only is the truth revealed, but the plot is also better understood and explains many of the ambiguous circumstances that left us asking why.
