Are you ready for the Nobody special unit to make way for one of the most exceptional collaborations of the year between your favourite girls of 4th generation K-pop? You better be, because a member each from (G)I-DLE, aespa and IVE is going to leave you awestruck this November with the unique and colourful partnership that has already become the talk of the town following a mere notification drop of its announcement on November 6, 2023.
The video released on Monday by M:USB revealed three colours – purple, blue, and red – representing the colours of each group involved in this special project. As of November 7, rumours and speculations have consumed Hallyu fans and names of the member representatives of each group have come up in this discussion too. Reportedly, this collaborative track will be helmed by (G)I-DLE Soyeon, aespa Karina and IVE Wonyoung (rumoured lineup). Among the three colours teased in the trailer video, purple is the official colour of the Cube Entertainment girl group (G)I-DLE, whereas blue has been suggested to be the favourite colour of Karina of aespa, and red has been listed as the representative colour of Wonyoung of IVE.
UPDATED: Contrary to the initial rumours, Liz of IVE and Winter of aespa will be participating in the Nobody special unit instead of Wonyoung and Karina respectivel.
Not much about the exciting music project has been outed yet. A mere audio snippet linked with the special collaboration trailer has only revealed an intoxicating pop-themed track for the song. More details related to the project are expected to drop as we step closer to the song’s release date.

Nobody Special Collaboration Release Date
The one-of-its-kind track will be released on November 16, 2023, at 6 PM KST.
Additionally, each girl group mentioned here is currently engaged with their respective promotions and schedules. The SM Entertainment group aespa and its members – Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning – are engrossed in pushing for their upcoming comeback schedules. Their fourth mini album, Drama, is slated to release on November 10, 2023. It consists of 6 tracks – Drama, Trick or Trick, Don’t Blink, Hot Air Balloon, YOLO and You.
On the other hand, (G)I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi and Shuhua) recently released their first English EP Heat featuring the focus track, I Want That, with I Do being pre-released ahead of the album release date. Lastly, IVE members – Gaeul, Yujin, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo – from Starship Entertainment put out their first Korean EP, I’ve Mine, on October 13, 2023. The album consists of 6 tracks including 3 singles, Either Way, Off the Record and Baddie, with each of these songs having their respective music videos.
