Fighting 8th Win was only a dream until SEVENTEEN’s BSS made it a reality. Following the release of their debut single album Second Wind, the subunit has been busy promoting their lead single in various music shows. The trio battles it out with many other groups and emerges as the ultimate winner yet again. It is also the group’s First Triple Crown in the music show.
The subunit consists of Seungkwan, DK and Hoshi, a.k.a. BooSeokSoon. Mnet’s M Countdown broadcast took place on March 2, 2023. The fans of the K-pop act instantly took to Twitter to celebrate the win.

BSS was up against many groups and solo acts like StayC, Park Woojin, Limelight, 8turn, Yesung, Tribe, tripleS, TNX, Boys Planet’s Team K and many more. However, Fighting and The Boyz’s ROAR was nominated for the trophy. With 8,265 points to The Boyz’s 6,365, BSS took home their 8th trophy. The subunit has won the award consecutively three times, and hence they are given the Triple Crown title.
The group instantly took to Twitter to thank the fans for constantly being by their side and supporting them through thick and thin. Their fans are still in disbelieve of how far the trio has come and their unfathomable achievements. Within a few minutes, the subunit’s hashtag began to trend on the platform.
After officially making their debut back in 2018 with the digital single, Just Do It, the group went into hiatus. Until they announced their new album and officially released their first single album on February 6, 2023. The title track has become a viral sensation across social media platforms. People of all ages and generations joined in the trending dance challenge on Tiktok.

The title track is a fun song with peppy beats and light-hearted lyrics that can be enjoyable for anyone. Each member’s energetic and bright personalities are reflected quite well through the dance number. Along with fellow SEVENTEEN members Woozi and BUMZU, the trio contributed to the production of the song.
The album is available on all music streaming platforms and also contains b-sides tracks: LUNCH and 7PM (ft. Peder Elias)
