Ever since that cliffhanger ending of the first season, fans have been eagerly waiting for Fate The Winx Saga Season 2 for quite some time now! Netflix’s teen drama series based on the Nickelodeon animated series Winx Club quickly became a topic of discussion on its release. Few fans loved the new spin on the classic animated show and few just downright hated it.
Created by Iginio Straffi, the series is produced by Archery Pictures in association with Rainbow. It is developed by Brian Young, who is also the showrunner and executive producer of the series. The cast members include Abigail Cowen as Bloom, Hannah van der Westhuysen as Stella, Precious Mustapha as Aisha, Eliot Salt as Terra Harvey, Elisha Applebaum as Musa, Danny Griffin as Sky, Sadie Soverall as Beatrix and Freddie Thorp as Riven amongst others.
The six-episode season one of Fate arrived on Netflix at the beginning of January 2021 and was soon renewed for a second season, irrespective of the mixed reviews. Now a new season and a new session for the fairies and specialists at Alfea await us all.

Fate The Winx Saga Season 2 has previously introduced a new addition to the fairy world- Flora, a character important to the Winx Club that was missing from the first season by dropping a video on its official YouTube channel. Terra’s cousin, Flora is being played by actor Paulina Chavez and is an earth fairy!
The date announcement video for the upcoming season opens with Abigail Cowen giving us a brief on what is in store for us next. She says it is just a whirlwind and, we bet so. Cowen intrigues us with the fact that there are going to be new characters, new villains and new monsters in Fate The Winx Saga Season 2. Eliot Salt talks about the Blood Witches, Scrapers and new threats that will come to Alfea in the latest season.
The video also introduces us to another new character in the second season named Grey, played by Brandon Grace and, Sebastian, played by Eanna Hardwick.
When is Fate The Winx Saga Season 2 Releasing?
The series will arrive on Netflix on September 16, 2022. You can watch the first season now on Netflix.
