Dr Stone Season 3 Overview

Dr Stone (ドクターストーン) is an animation series based on the manga of the same name written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by the South Korean artist Boichi. After a blinding green light strikes the Earth and petrifies mankind around the world—turning every single human into stone, humanity goes back in time. Years of civilisation have disappeared, and the only hope to rebuild it is in the hands of a brilliant scientist, Senku.

From studios of TMS Entertainment, the show is produced by TOHO Animation, Shueisha and 8PAN. Each episode has a runtime of 20-25 minutes.

The new episode picked up from where the last one ended. It started off with a dramatic encounter where Kohaku managed to find the treasure they all were searching for, the platinum. The entire plot of the episode is based on that, and Senku came in to show off his amazing scientific skills. Besides an intricate plot, it consisted of many humorous moments which kept the story entertaining.

However, certain elements of the story included heart-touching moments involving Byakuya Ishigami that showcased his love for Senku. Even though they were not related by blood, Ishigami treated him like his own son. They shared an extremely special bond that transcended beyond the norms of society. The relationship has a personal touch that will create a sense of reliability with the audience.

The plot is becoming much more intense than it was, but it still manages to be just as fascinating and intriguing. The story has also gained a lot of new characters, which considerably strengthens its plot. Additionally, each character has a unique storyline that enhances the storytelling. Additionally, there has been major character growth in the series that elevates the quality of the series.
