– Change Days Season 2 Episode 7 review contains mild spoilers –

After that very uncomfortable episode last week, Change Days season 2 episode 7 comes with more drama and some very frank conversation that might just break your heart. The best is between Lee Jeong-hun and Choi Hui-hyeon, who sort of bare their all and have a very sad conversation. It’s a conversation which you honestly want everyone else to have as well so that it at least addresses some of the problems that these people are having, but that’s probably a matter for another time.

But that’s not the theme of this episode – it’s time for the men to choose their partners for the next date, and we know how these end up afterwards! Also, these drunk games never go well, especially when all of you are going on communal dates.

But whatever, these drunk games do bring out a lot of pent-up frustrations and thoughts that these people have not been able to tell each other. It’s cathartic for them and heartbreaking for us because the relationships that these people share with their partners are just so flawed and broken that they are coming apart at the seams.

After a surprising set of choices on the part of the men, the choices are announced publicly in the middle of an already tense discussion. But, guys, there is a twist, and just when you think it’s going to go like the last episode, Change Days slaps you right across the face! The request comes as such a surprise that everyone is simply taken aback.

Even the MCs are shocked at the request – their reaction is spectacular, and the editing team magnified Code Kunst’s head at the sheer absurdity of the situation, making the entire ordeal just funnier.

Anyway, the episode sees a lot more important conversations and a shocking decision that leaves one of the couples broken. This sad situation could’ve been avoided had all of the couples had frank conversations from the first moment, but locking up your feelings seems to be the trend of the hour.

It specifically breaks your heart in this episode because, as an audience, you have seen these relationships reaching this point. You knew that it would reach this stage at some point in time, but now that we have reached this stage, it is especially heartbreaking.

The saddest part of this is that you kind of feel like these people shouldn’t be together. There’s something wrong here and before that is addressed, these relationships are going to crash and burn regardless of how much they want to rug sweep everything. It’s a sad moment for everyone involved, and even the MCs get a little emotional as some very harsh words are exchanged.

Plus, now that we have seen these people over 7 episodes, there are obviously going to be some feelings from the audience’s side that will make us emotional for these characters – and that’s exactly what happens here.
