CARAT LAND 2023 brought about a three-day extravaganza with the thirteen members of the group managed by PLEDIS Entertainment (now under HYBE Labels), and one of the stellar highlights of this event has to be the dance covers by SEVENTEEN. The 7th fan meeting event held from March 10 to March 12, 2023, was also available for online live streaming via Weverse for these three days, and the international fans of the group (CARATs) enjoyed the celebration at their homes, while some South Korean audiences attended it in-person at the KSPO Dome in Seoul.
During the course of this event especially catered to the fans of the group, the members of the band – S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino – performed several of their own hits. Additionally the three sub-units of the group – Performance (Jun, Hoshi, The8 and Dino), Vocal (Jeonghan, Joshua, Woozi, DK and Seungkwan) and Hip-Hop (S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu and Vernon) – switched their positions and performed each other’s songs.
The latest comeback of the group’s special unit, i.e. BSS or BooSeokSoon (Seungkwan, Hoshi and DK) led by the title track Fighting was also performed on stage with fellow member Vernon filling in the space for Young-ji, a South Korean rapper who was featured on the original song. Yet the show couldn’t be concluded without the members playing games and carrying out their punishments for the same on losing.

These defeats may have been a bittersweet experience for the members, but CARATs loved every second of it as the punishments required the members to present the songs that ‘didn’t suit them’. Although shy, each of the thirteen members then danced their hearts out to these tracks, most of which were K-pop girl group songs and showcased the well-admired group in a new light.
Here’s a list of songs covered by the thirteen members of the group.
