Business Proposal Episode 12 Recap: Final Thoughts

Well, today’s episode started in a way that the makers left us wondering if Ha-ri and Tae-moo will end up together or not. They even tried to bring challenges to Young-seo and Sung-hoon’s relationship. Business Proposal has always been about typical romantic gestures and cliches. But that is what it makes so enjoyable, adorable.

In Twenty Five Twenty One, the couple separated because they thought long-distance wouldn’t work out. But Ha-ri and Tae-moo are not worried because they are so much in love; their long distance doesn’t seem challenging. The ending couldn’t have been better. When the heart and mind want the same thing, nothing can stop two people from being in love and being together.

Business Proposal is now streaming on Netflix.

REVIEW OVERVIEW

Overall

SUMMARY

Business Proposal Episode 12 Recap: The last episode of the Korean drama will leave you worried but will bring a big smile to your face.

  1. Wow, that was such a well written recap. It really feels like reading the episode! I’ll really miss this drama, it has been quite sometime that a light romcom kdrama like this has been released. This is one of the reasons why A Business Proposal was so successful because we all just got that WWWSK, True Beauty and SWDBS feels. It’s such a worth it watching this while its ongoing.

  2. I am disappointed in the ending.

The proper ending should have shown Tae-Moo and Chairman Kang visiting Ha-Ri’s parents at the chicken shop to formally ask for Ha-Ri’s hand, and after the parents give their consent, Chairman Kang should have quietly said “Cutlets”, then fade to black.

  3. I love this story and how it has been told and acted.
However, I hate this episode it was so inauthentic and phony to the narrative and the characters
    The only authentic moments were minutes 21 – 22.5 and 26 – 28.
The whole Koh Yu-ra and Lee Min-woo reclamation part was just too much and fake!

I felt that the writers and director just wanted to get it all over with – so they just “mailed in ” the last episode.
There were so many interesting things they could have and should have been done!

  4. The ending is a disappointment – flat. The 11 and 12 kind of flopped the whole series, when everything else went ok and well. The Young-seo and Sunghoon love story are better developed in this Kdrma than the manwha. But many other important details are left out. Like one said here, there were so many interesting things they could have done. 12 episodes are just too short. If they want to close this story, the ending could have been waaaaay better. There are too many unresolved issues, which should call for a season 2.

By the way, the Hari and Taemu’s bed scene felt a little awkward. Unlike the second couple’s.
