Bunty Aur Babli 2 Music Review: Lively and Energetic

Bunty Aur Babli 2 Music Review: Rani Mukerji, Saif Ali Khan, Sharwari and Siddhant Chaturvedi’s con comedy is just a few days away from its release. The music album is already out on YouTube. Musical trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy have composed the songs with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

There are 4 songs in Bunty Aur Babli 2 music album – Tattoo Waaliye, Luv Ju, the title track and Dhik Chik. YRF has described the album as – ‘From luv to dance songs, ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2′ album is a complete mood changer.’

In my Bunty Aur Babli 2 Music Review, I’ll share my thoughts on the songs. I’m not a professional or trained. I am just a huge fan of Bollywood music. So is the album good enough for people like me to enjoy? Read on.

Bunty Aur Babli 2 Music Review:

Tattoo Waaliye

Tattoo Waaliye is the first song whose video YRF released last month. It’s a dance number featuring Rani, Saif, Siddhant and Sharwari. For the spectacular song, Neha Kakkar and Pardeep Sran have lent their voices. It’s a peppy Punjabi song that’s both soothing and dynamic. The music piques your interest right away.

Luv Ju

Crooned by Arijit Singh, Luv Ju is an intoxicating love song featuring Siddhant and Sharwari. I am a huge Arijit fan and I’ve never heard him sing the way he does at the beginning of the song. After Sajde, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy has offered the artist another fantastic track that will make for a perfect intimate dance number!

The lyrics by Bhattacharya is also quite interesting. My favourite lines are –
Chhora Chhori Do Raazi
Kheli Hai Dil Ki Baazi
Tell This To Papa Raazi
Anyhow Matti Pao

Dhik Chik

Dhik Chik has two outstanding Indian singers Mika Singh and Sunidhi Chauhan, coming together. From the rhythm and lyrics, it sounds notorious. Considering it’s a con film, the track sets the mood right.

Bunty Aur Babli 2 (title track)

Siddharth Mahadevan has sung the title track with rap verse written and sung by Bohemia. I am a huge fan of the original song, yet I love how vibrant and energetic the beats of the latest track are. The foot-tapping song has enough excitement and energy by Siddharth Mahadevan. The rap verse by Bohemia is also pretty catchy. The video is also quite enjoyable.

Overall, I enjoyed listening to the entire album. After Pagglait, this is my second favourite Hindi album of 2021.
