5 BTS Songs That Will Make You Smile As You Wait For J-Hope’s New Music!

The weekend is almost here and let’s make it more cheerful by smiling all day long! How do we do this? We go to those songs from our favorite BTS boys that will never fail to make us smile (unless you end up listening to their sad songs because we know they can make us cry!). That’s why we have carefully selected songs before the age of On and Dynamite, to take you back to the days before the lockdown. Yes, the days when we would scroll Twitter for all the fan-cams we could find from their concerts, or stream the whole award show to watch them perform live. Here’s a list of 5 songs that will bring a smile to your face if you can’t wait for J-Hope‘s new single to release!

5 BTS Songs To Make You Smile and Cheerful All Weekend!

Mikrokosmos (2019)

Let’s begin this happy playlist with one of our favourites- Mikrokosmos! As BTS sings about a starry sky that lights up not because of the stars but us, shine in this moment and smile! The bright light that you are is sung in every line of this song so shine and never forget how beautiful you are to them, to us, and to yourself! So Shine, Dream, Smile, and listen to Mikrokosmos!

Anpanman (2018)

Kick away your troubles and your fears because our superhero Anpanman is here! While troubles surround you and you’re scared of disappointing others, there’s someone who wants to save you but is scared too. However, our beloved superhero is mustering up his courage and we should learn the same! Buckle up and don’t fear the troubles ahead, just like Anpanman!

Spring Day (2017)

This was the year of some amazing songs but is there any that can top this beauty? This song is a queen and there’s no one superior to this beautiful creation that can make us feel any emotion we want. Smile, while listening to this masterpiece and remember that Spring will come one day. Don’t let these dark and cold times bring you down for the flowers will bloom again one day!

2! 3! (2016)

Good days are not forever, the world is not good forever, and everything cannot stay good. So what do we do? Hold each other’s hands and keep moving forward because everything may not be good but you will be fine. Hold on to the hands of BTS as they take you away from the harsh world with their songs because they believe in you and hope for you to believe in yourself. Just say one, two, three, believe, and hope that everything will be fine.

Silver Spoon (2015)

Leave behind the taunts of people who call us the try-hard generation just because we’ve got no Silver Spoon. Forget all those that try to dictate our path as they teach us the way from their times. You try hard for what you want and what you believe and make that name for yourself! You’ve got nothing to be ashamed of, just like our idols who became the best from nothing. Adding to this, the performance of this song is too good and you cannot help dancing.

Spine Breaker (2014)

Lastly, the great Spine Breaker for which you’ve just got to turn on the performance and you’re all set for a good laugh. The boys follow Jin’s choreography and there’s nothing better than this. While the lyrics speak about growing up from the immature kid who wants it all because their friends have got it, what cheers us up is the song and the performance. Yes, this was enough reason to add this song to this list because that is what will cheer you up.

The list can keep going on because let’s admit it, there is no BTS song that can’t help you feel better. I’ve tried to avoid their more well-known songs (except Spring Day because she is the queen) while adding those with their performance videos. Hope you enjoy this little playlist and keep streaming Proof!
