Big Mouth Episode 6 Best Moments: It’s Mi-ho Supremacy!

Big Mouth Overview

Big Mouth (빅마우스) is a crime-thriller-mystery Korean TV series directed by Oh Choong-hwan and stars Lee Jong-suk, Im Yoon-ah, Kim Joo-hun, and Yang Kyung-won, alongside other cast members. The series takes over MBC’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot, previously occupied by Doctor Lawyer.

Big Mouth Kdrama revolves around Park Chang-ho, a below-average lawyer who gets embroiled in a conspiracy when his “big mouth” lands him in trouble. A murder case ends in him being called genius swindler Big Mouse, which results in him scrambling to clear his name and his life from the conspiracy and its results, with the help of his wife Ko Mi-ho.

If Twitter is any proof, it’s pretty apparent that everyone is in love with Mi-ho and Chang-ho being adults and solving their misunderstandings with love and trust. It’s great that they don’t sit around with inflated egos, and I give kudos to the creators for not dragging this out – it further adds to their love and trust for each other as a whole. So, with that in mind, here are the best moments from Big Mouth episode 6:

1. Mi-ho gets called ‘sister-in-law’ as everyone realises that she’s Chang-ho’s wife

Although Mi-ho feels mortified with the attention she is getting, you can’t help but laugh as everyone starts to scramble around as they realise who she is! Not only does she get special treatment, but she also gets tons of respect from the prisoners and guards alike!

2. Chang-ho shows Mi-ho’s bullies their place

If there’s anything we fans like to watch, it is when the protagonist stands up for their spouses. Our HoHo couple has solid trust and love, and is that nowhere proven more than when Chang-ho dresses up for his wife and then reminds her bullies that they are no better than Mi-ho; if anything, his wife is better than them! However, she’s careful enough not to diss Joo-hee, Mi-ho’s boss, and instead asks her to take care of Mi-ho. Such a thoughtful husband!

3. Mi-ho helps Hye-jin out

If girl power wasn’t a recurring theme in the series, then it is now! Mi-ho, being the strong and independent woman that she is, immediately understands the signs of abuse and, instead of acting like it’s none of her business, tries to help Hye-jin and offer support in spite of her constantly rejecting her help. She shows Hye-jin that she will always have support in case she ever thinks about going up against Jae-ho and that support is crucial to victims of abuse.

4. The Elder shows Ji-hoon his place

Every time Ji-hoon gets told his place is a great day, and in Big Mouth episode 6, he gets one-upped by Do-ha not once but twice! Ji-hoon is clearly miffed when Do-ha gets all his shots right, and exactly after that, the Elder not only calls Ji-hoon out for missing the shots but also for making a mess and meddling in things he doesn’t have to. The nail in the coffin is when the Elder asks Do-ha to get the Three Musketeers out, something that Ji-hoon had asked the Elder’s help with. His face is priceless!

5. Mi-ho figures out the curious case of Jae-young’s papers

A mystery that has baffled everyone in the drama, it’s thus, no shock that everyone is ecstatic at finding the papers! And honestly, Mi-ho just looks so baffled and happy. But the best expression is probably Do-ha’s, who looks at our girl with bemusement.
