Behind Your Touch Episode 5 Recap
The episode starts with Sia getting killed by a suspicious murderer. Then the scene cuts to Mujin police stationwhere the protestorsare seen arguing about who started the fight first. Jang-yeol gets lost in thought since he couldn’t solve the case. Back at home, Ye-boon finds the donor list in her grandfather’s room.
When she meets Jang-yeol, she denies telling the truth as she doesn’t want her grandfather to get into trouble. Later that night she goes to the assemblyman’s office and pushes the document inside his room. Right then, Ye-boon’s grandfather catches her and they both have a conversation. The case gets closed the next day since the document is found. This makes Jang-yeol mad since he had high hopes on this case.

Jang-yeol gets another case of a missing fish finder. Apparently, Dok-hee’s father has an Arabic man, Ali, work and stay in his boat. So Jang-yeol suspects that Ali would have stolen. To find the truth, Jang-yeol asks Ye-boon’s help. But Ye-boon forces Jang-yeol to first find a culprit who bounded a dog and buried it alive.
Sun-woo, Jang-yeol and Ye-boon try to find the culprit through all means. Ye-boon believes that if she pampers her hands, her power will increase. Hence, Jang-yeol pays for Ye-boon’s nails, vitamin tablets and a ring so that her power becomes strong. Later, Ye-boon finds the location of the culprit and they arrest him. Then Ye-boon touches Ali’s back and gets a memory of him talking to someone in Arabic.

Since she doesn’t understand Arabic, Jang-yeol makes her learn it. Every day and night, Ye-boon forces herself to learn and even takes classes from Sun-woo since he knows that language. Finally, when she becomes able to transcribe it she learns that Ali’s mother is sick. Jang-yeol and Ye-boon find a secret space that Ali visits and encounter gangsters.
They tie up Ye-boon and Jang-yeol and throw them in the sea. Thankfully, Ali saves them. Jang-yeol visits the place and beats all of them. The next day, Ali apologises to Dok-hee’s parents but Jang-yeol arrests him. Later we’re shown a scene where some people are seen fishing. One of them finds a jewel and another person jokes that there might be a corpse nearby. The camera then shows Sia’s rotting body washed up in the shore.
Behind Your Touch Episode 5 Review

Episode 5 showed that Ye-boon’s power keeps increasing the more she pampers her hand. Apart from that there wasn’t anything about the killer shown. Sun-woo was portrayed as a very kind man in this episode as well so guessing him as the bad guy feels quite hard. Nevertheless, the episode was hilarious and the connection Ye-boon has with Jang-yeol looks amazing. Though she likes Sun-woo, the chemistry she has with Jang-yeol is promising.
