Varun Dhawan is back with his latest action drama film, Baby John which serves as the remake of Atlee’s Tamil film Theri and fans are loving the film. The film revolves around an IPS officer who fakes his death after a notorious politician attacks his family. As his wife’s dying wish, he leaves his job and turns to pursue a simple life with his daughter, however, troubles don’t leave him alone as a sex-trafficking gang gets on his tails. Resuming his previous identity, he fights back, but will he be able to get justice for his lost family?
Varun Dhawan plays the lead role of IPS officer Satya while Keerthy Suresh (in her debutant Hindi film) plays the role of Satya’s wife Meera. Being a Varun Dhawan film, the film was sure to be a hit, and adding to this is that the film is a remake of a spectacular Tamil film that has been loved by many. While Varun Dhawan himself expresses his respect for the original film’s actor Vijay, he does justice to the role with his captivating performance.
