Are You Sure Episode 4 Review: Juju Island Adventures Continue for the Maknae Line!

The adventure we have all been waiting for is finally here as BTS’ Jimin and Jungkook are ready to take us on their adventure in their documentary Are You Sure?!. We are taken to three global destinations- New York, Jeju Island and Sapporo, where they show their undeniable chemistry and friendship. As they travel through these destinations and show the best of the place, we are set for an unforgettable adventure.

Before they enlisted in the South Korean military, the Busan Boys BTS’ Jimin and BTS’ Jungkook came together for an eight-episode-long adventure that is to be released on Disney+.

Jimin, Jungkook and V’s (Kim Taehyung) adventures in Jeju Island continue as they move on from the fun to the feast. Heading to an omakase place in the middle of nowhere, the beautiful day comes to an end while they drive to the location of the restaurant. Upon reaching the restaurant, the trio is ready for a feast and the chef doesn’t disappoint them as the meal leaves them amazed.

With seafood served in different styles, the trio enjoys the burst of flavours while making sure to capture the scene and even act like mukbangers. While the food leaves give them a feeling of euphoria, Taehyung’s neck starts hurting due to the head bangs he did earlier in the day. But that doesn’t stop him from copying the other two in filming the food and himself enjoying it.

Finally, it is time to head back home and Taehyung discusses music, concerts, and RM’s album with Jimin on the way back. Upon reaching home, Jungkook and Jimin head out to swim while Taehyung heads to bed. But not before watching Jimin and Jungkook play rock, paper, and scissors underwater. Meanwhile, Jimin and Jungkook continue to play around in the pool until late before ending the day.

The next day, Jungkook wakes up first and clicks a picture of Taehyung after which he sits for a while to wake himself up. Sometime later, Taehyung wakes up and Jungkook gives his neck a massage when he hears him complain about the pain. Jungkook then makes his way downstairs when he gets a call from his mother asking about his filming with Jimin, finding out that even Taehyung has joined them and about Jungkook’s plan for Chuseok.

The others slowly make their way downstairs and after Taehyung gives Jimin a short massage to help with his cramp, they head out to get some breakfast. With Jungkook and Taehyung riding their bikes and Jimin following the two in the car, they make their way to a spicy braised chicken restaurant where they are amazed to see the food being cooked in iron pots.

They hurry to grab a place and enthusiastically wait for their food which has left them enchanted just by visuals. The food soon arrives and the trio dives straight into the food, savouring each bite with relish and amazement. The braised chicken is followed by some ramyeon and fried rice, leaving them full. But while Jimin and Taehyung stop, Jungkook is unable to stop himself from eating as much as possible.

After the two older brothers are amazed by the younger brother’s appetite and head on to grab some coffee at a nearby cafe. The cosy atmosphere of the cafe reminds the trio of their time in Malta and take their time to relax here before moving on to their next destination- the sea.

The trio gets on the boat and begins their playful antics again while reaching the point where they can go snorkelling. As soon as they reach, Jimin and Jungkook don’t waste too long before diving into the sea while Taehyung stays behind and watches them have fun. The duo swim around and dive underwater where they see small fishes swim around.

Continuing their playful antics even underwater, the two continue to have their fun while the show’s editors also don’t hold back with their captions, calling Jungkook an underwater rabbit. Their time underwater soon comes to an end and some post-swim ramyeon awaits them, which they devour as soon as possible.

The trio then begins finishing as they hold their fishing rods and take part in this leisurely yet exciting activity. While it isn’t easy to catch a fish, the activity ends with Taehyung catching two fishes at once with which they all click pictures. The boat then heads back to the dock while the trio take their time to relax under the setting sun.

Are You Sure Episode 4 Review

Episode 4 brought in a feast for the eyes with the trio relishing in some mouth-watering food while enjoying the beautiful sceneries of Jeju Island. The laughter continues as always because this chaotic trio knows how to have some fun, as it is their natural reactions to this atmosphere that connects viewers to the show.

While the show has been bringing back some Bon Voyage and In the Soop vibes all along, today it was especially highlighted as it took us to Malta for a while in the little cafe that gave us all a relaxing time. The little talks about Taehyung’s dog Yeontan and Jungkook’s dog Bam reminded us of the time Bam showed up on In the Soop.

The show brought us a relaxing time once again and I’m looking forward to what more the Jeju Island trip has got for us.
