It’s finally time to shed tears of joy as BTS Jin is discharged from the military. June is already a special month for the group and the ARMYs, as it marks the anniversary of the band’s debut. Today, Kim Seokjin’s military discharge has made this month even more special.

BTS is known for the strong bond within the group, always showing love and support for each member and during Jin’s discharge, we witnessed a special reunion as the members waited for him outside the premises, with Namjoon playing the saxophone for his homecoming. This truly shows how much they care for each other. Now that we finally have our worldwide handsome guy as a free citizen, let’s check out a few of the best moments of BTS’ Jin that live in our minds rent-free.

BTS Jin’s Best Moments

Angry Jin Rapping

Will BTS have 3 rappers that everyone knows, but don’t you make Jin angry, because when he is angry, he becomes the most hilarious rapper, unhinged, funny, and lovely. During one of the group’s V LIVE sessions for Christmas celebration, he gifted RM a tissue, beef jerky, and squid. Joon didn’t appreciate it, and then we got to see Jin rapping angrily, upset that Joon didn’t like his gift. But what actually set him off was when Kim Nam-joon banged his letter on the table. It’s one of the most iconic moments as Jin scolded Namjoon.

Jin’s Super Tuna

Jin boasts a plethora of solo tracks that have captured the hearts of fans, but with the release of Super Tuna, he effortlessly swept them off their feet. Co-produced by BUMZU and choreographed by Jin himself, this song stands out for its infectious melody and beats. Jin’s endearing charm adds another layer of allure, making this track nothing short of iconic. “Super Tuna” has transformed the global mood into one of cheerfulness, shattering numerous records along the way. Its accompanying music video is a visual delight, showcasing a healthier and more appetizing side of Seokjin that ARMYs have come to adore.

Crackhead Jin in Spine Breaker

The song Spinebreaker holds a special place in BTS lore for a multitude of reasons, not least of which is the emergence of what fans affectionately dubbed “Crackhead Jin.” BTS took ownership of every aspect of the song, from its choreography to its concept, ingeniously piecing together costumes from recycled jackets and sunglasses. Among the group’s creative minds, Jin, renowned for his inventive choreography, introduced the standout moves during an episode of BTS Gayo.

The moment truly came to life at their 2019 special Muster concert, where, despite the nocturnal setting, BTS confidently sported their signature sunglasses and jackets. As the song reached its crescendo, Jin threw caution to the wind, whimsically prancing around the stage with abandon, much to the delight of fans. This unforgettable moment, captured on film by Jungkook, showcased Jin’s endearing and comedic side, immortalizing the birth of Crackhead Jin within BTS fandom lore.

The Unforgettable Dad Jokes

Jin is affectionately known as the “Dad Joke Enthusiast” of BTS. His endless repertoire of puns and corny jokes never fails to elicit groans and laughter from his bandmates and fans alike. One of the most memorable moments was during the group Run BTS! variety show, where Jin’s relentless joking brought a light-hearted and playful energy to the group. His ability to lift spirits and bring joy with his humour is a testament to his unique and lovable personality.

Jin Being The Best Hyung

Despite not holding the official title of leader within BTS, Jin’s role as the “hyung” or older brother figure is unparalleled. One of the most poignant reasons behind this distinction lies in the journey of BTS’s youngest member, Jungkook. While RM may have been the initial reason he joined the group, it was Jin’s influence and presence that played a pivotal role in Jungkook’s decision to stay. Jin’s ability to nurture and support his fellow members exemplifies the essence of true leadership within BTS. While RM may hold the official position of leader, Jin’s impact as the “best hyung” transcends titles, solidifying his position as a beloved elder brother figure within BTS and a source of inspiration for ARMYs worldwide.

As he has finally returned, we can expect to see a lot of JIN HIT Entertainment moments soon, with some of the best music that is poised to dominate the charts.
