39th Golden Disk Awards Winners List: From SEVENTEEN to aespa, Here Are Some of the Biggest Wins of This Year!

The 39th Golden Disk Awards finally kick-started on January 4th and 5th, at the PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, Japan. Gathering stars of the K-pop world under one sky, the much-awaited awards brought together a night filled with music, amazement, and awards that we had all been waiting for. As the ceremony celebrated the winners of this year, we also got a chance to look back at what a wonderful year 2024 had been for all of us.

Although the ceremony was originally supposed to be broadcast live on the said dates, the live broadcast and the red carpet event were cancelled in the wake of the Jeju Air crash. Instead, as announced by the organisers last week, a pre-recorded version of the show is set to broadcast on January 6th and 7th. JTBC has announced that the Digital Song Division of the ceremony will broadcast on January 6th, 2025 at 12 AM (KST) while the Album Division segment will broadcast on January 7th, 2025 at 12 AM (KST).

Check The Announcement Made About the Golden Disk Awards Broadcast

The live broadcast will not only bring about the award ceremony for the audience but will also bring out energetic performances from our favourite idols. Presented by Park Bo-gum, Park Eun-bin and Lee Dae-ho, the artists’ performing line-up has truly made this night one to remember. With our favourites like aespa, BIBI, NewJeans, Crush, and many more taking up the stage, we know that this is a show that cannot be missed.

The star-studded night has had some very incredible performances which can be found on the show’s YouTube channel. These are all pre-recorded performances as the live broadcast of the show had been cancelled following the Jeju Air crash. Following the 7-day mourning in the country, this decision has been taken by many other award ceremonies, shows, and others. The pre-recorded performances give you a look into the wonderful night our favourites shared under one sky in Japan, bringing us some memorable performances to remember.

While the live broadcast may have been cancelled, that doesn’t mean that the winners’ list isn’t out yet. Filling the air with excitement like none other, the ceremony brought together various artists and celebrated their achievements throughout the two-day event. The winners list is also out so there is no way we are missing out on bringing it together for you. With SEVENTEEN, aespa, ENHYPEN, BIBI and more taking over some of the big wins of the night, we are here with the complete list just for you!

Without any further delay, here’s the complete list of winners of the 39th Golden Disk Awards to show you what your favourite K-pop artists have won! Let’s begin.
