Young Famous and African Season 2 is in much demand currently. After the first season of the show aired on Netflix earlier this week, fans have been wondering and asking for a second season that will rightly add some closure to the plot lines that were left unexplored. The reality series based on a group of young, African A-listers really invested viewers in their stories, giving us a taste of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians era.
Created by Peace Hyde, the series features some of Africa’s biggest names such as Annie Idibia, Khanyi Mbau, Nadia Nakai, Quinton Masina, and Diamond Platinumz. Other cast members are Kayleigh Schwark, Jeremiah Ogbodo a.k.a. Swanky Jerry, Andile Ncube, Zari Hassan, and 2Baba. From their feuds to their flirting, the reality TV series documented it all and, has been received with much praise and appreciation from fans. So, will there be a second season to this series? Will there be Young Famous and African Season 2?
Well, the short answer is we don’t know yet. The show has not been put up for renewal or cancellation yet and, Netflix usually takes a few weeks before it arrives at the decision regarding if a show is to be shelved or renewed. However, one can expect to hear some updates about the show soon, given the fanfare it has attracted.

A potential season 2 will help the viewers understand is Nadia’s hunt for love will lead her to rekindle her romance with Diamond Platinumz and, whether Platinumz’s ex, Zari could have something brewing with Andile. The changing group dynamics and the constant tension with fun and laughter are all going to be a major part of season 2.
