Yaksha Ruthless Operations trailer is out now and, the upcoming spy thriller on Netflix looks as captivating as ever. Directed by Na Hyeon, the film is produced by Sangsang Film Co., Ltd. and, distributed by Netflix as well as Showbox. Initially, the film was scheduled to get a theatrical release after the filming was wrapped in the first half of 2020. However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, it is premiering on an OTT platform.
Yaksha Ruthless Operations (야차) stars Sol Kyung-gu (best known for works such as Peppermint Candy and Memoir of a Murder), Squid Game’s Park Hae-soo and, singer-songwriter Yang Dong-keun in the roles of Kang-inn, Ji-hoon and Chief Hong. Along with these three, the other cast members include Hiroyuki Ikeuchi, Lee El as Hee-won, Song Jae-rim, Jinyoung, Lee Soo-kyung, Jin Kyung, Ahn Jeong-ho and Ha Jung-min.
The Swoon’s YouTube channel that released the Yaksha Ruthless Operations trailer reads: “A prosecutor determined to restore his name infiltrates Shenyang, China to investigate a Black Ops team and its ruthless leader named Yaksha. But in the city of spies where no one can be trusted, he soon realizes there’s a battle brewing—and the only way out is to join the war.” This forms the overall blurb of the upcoming spy action piece.

The trailer hugely revolves around going undercover and, even The Swoon further introduced the cast in the YouTube description box with the tag- “Go Undercover.” The film promises to be one gritty, dark and suspenseful piece.
