BTS Members’ Solo Albums Ranked

Ever since the group has gone on hiatus, the members have been showcasing their individual talents to the world. BTS Members’ Solo Albums have made it possible for the fans to understand their unique musical abilities and creativity.

Moreover, it allows them to explore different musical styles and genres that may not be possible within the confines of their group. This freedom of expression enables idols to connect with their fans on a deeper level by sharing their personal stories and emotions through their music.

However, we are here to rank the solo albums by BTS members based on each artist’s growth, experimentation, production value, songwriting, originality and overall sound to determine how well the album resonates with one’s personal preferences.

In the end, ranking solo albums is a matter of personal taste and appreciation, and there’s no definitive right or wrong answer. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the diverse talents within a K-pop group.

7. The Astraunaut by Jin

Jin released the song on October 28, 2022 and is not an album but a single released by the artist. The song is a delightful fusion of the past and the present, skillfully blending retro beats with a modern twist. It is reminiscent of old pop songs combined with beautiful and deep lyrics.

6. Seven by Jungkook feat. Latto

Seven by Jungkook featuring American rapper Latto, was released as a single on July 14, 2023. In spite of being very catchy, doesn’t bring anything innovative or distinctive to the table. It feels like a cookie-cutter production that follows the well-trodden path of mainstream pop, lacking the unique flair and creative spark.

5. FACE by Jimin

Jimin officially released his solo album on March 24, 2023. Although the songs from his album were equally amazing, they somehow lacked the dramatic flair that Jimin usually portrays. Moreover, he did not step out of his comfort zone to provide a different sound and followed a predictable formula to maintain a comfortable, familiar sound that the artist has previously explored extensively.

4. D-DAY by August D/Suga

The album was released on April 21, 2023. The artist is known for making music that is raw with hard-hitting lyrics and he does exactly that this time around too. Although the songs are amazing as usual, there is little to no difference from his previous projects which is disappointing.
