MCU impressed fans with their first-ever web series and the first project of Phase 4, WandaVision. Now, fans are enjoying The Falcon and The Winter Soldier starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan. So far, two episodes are out, and the third one will release tomorrow on Disney+ Hostar. The series is making lots of headlines for many reasons, but mainly due to the new Captain America, played by Wyatt Russell.

All the fandom was taken aback to see someone else donning Cap’s suit and holding the vibranium shield at the end of episode one. Fans were expecting Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson aka Falcon, taking the mantle ahead as Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) also wanted the same. People’s reaction was full of annoyance, just like Bucky (Sebastian Stan) in the second episode!

In the second episode, called The Star-Spangled Man of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, we got to know that the new Captain America on the show is named John Walker. In no time, the internet was flooded with memes and bashing for Walker, who dared to be the new Cap. But the curiosity among fans to know who the actor is was too high, and they made him the Most Popular Star in the world.

Yes, you read it right! On IMDb, Wyatt Russell is the most searched actor in the world currently. Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn’s son is enjoying all the attention, even the backlash coming his way. The actor has left behind Jessica Walter, George Segal, Zack Snyder, Amber Heard, and Henry Cavill to be at the top of the Starmeter chart.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’s lead actor Sebastian Stan aka Bucky, is on 11th position on IMDb’s Starmeter. Anthony Mackie sadly didn’t make it in the top 100 list. However, WandaVision star Elizabeth Olsen is in the 17th position.

In the second episode, we saw how the new Captain America is trying to control Sam and Bucky. While they hate John Walker’s guts already, the upcoming episode will show how bad the new Cap will be! We must say, Wyatt Rusell has done a splendid job by making fans all over the world come together and despise one character to such an extent.

If you want to know what The Falcon And The Winter Soldier actor thinks about this reaction, we will tell you. In an interaction with Variety, Wyatt shared that he sees all the memes and reaction. The actor says, “I don’t have social media, but I’ve gotten some of the stuff sent to me from friends that were just too good not to see. The best one is the “Up” guy with the helmet on. It’s f***ing unbelievable. I mean, whoever did that deserves an award of some kind. It’s flattering. They just hate the guy. They just hate him! It was fun to be the Marvel punching bag for a little while.”
