If you get offended easily, you should avoid the social media accounts of Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys. The superhero show shares post not only from their official account but also from the Vought International page. Vought is the organisation for which the Seven works and the supes are recruited.
In their new tweet, Vought International has made fun of Morbius and the disaster it turned out to be in theatres again. In The Boys Season 3, the supes are a part of the movie Dawn of the Seven. It’s a satire on the Marvel-DC movies like The Avengers and Justice League. In a post, VI shared that they will be re-releasing the film.
“#DawnOfTheSeven is back! Despite still being in theaters, we heard all of your tweets and will be re-releasing the film this week! Don’t miss your chance to re-live all the action: use code ITS-MAEVIN-TIME to get a discount on your second ticket until June 30,” reads the tweet.
When Morbius was released in theatres again, the makers used the term ‘It’s Morbin Time’. The Jared Leto starrer failed at the box office twice. Similarly, in the show, Dawn of the Seven failed in theatres due to various reasons. The show makes fun of almost every superhero, so it’s no surprise they included Morbius too.
