Star Wars’ The Book of Boba Fett Episode 4 ‘The Gathering Storm’ released on Wednesday. The episode is directed by Kevin Tancharoen and written by Jon Favreau. The series stars Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand. The fourth episode got some interesting reactions, especially for The Mandalorian tease in the end.
In the fourth episode, Favreau takes us to the flashback sequence where Boba Fett plans to break Jabba the Hutt’s palace to get the ship Slave I. However, he finds the ship heavily guarded. At the same place, he finds Fennec Shand is badly wounded. Fett takes Shand outside Mos Eisley and saves her life. A lot happens that somehow connects the dots with everything that happens in the present. We don’t want to give away much as it would be best to watch what exactly followed next in the new episode.
However, at the end of The Book of Boba Fett Episode 4, Fennec and Boba know that there’s a warlike situation coming their way. That’s when Shand suggests Fett, “Credits can buy muscle, if you know where to look.” Suddenly, Ludwig Göransson’s The Mandalorian theme song starts playing in the background. Was it a hint that Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin, aka Mando, will appear on the show? We think so and so do many fans.
After watching the episode, fans took to Twitter to share memes and reactions to everything that happened in the end. One person wrote, “The little musical cue at the end of Chapter Four leads me to believe we will be seeing Din Djarin next week. #TheBookOfBobaFett #TheMandalorian #StarWars”.
