The Astronaut Logo Trailer: BTS’ Jin Unveils His Solo Track While Meandering in Space

The Astronaut Logo Trailer has been released by the Hybe Labels, soon after announcing BTS Jin’s plans to unveil his solo album by the end of this month. After a successful concert on the weekend in Busan for World Expo 2030, Bighit Music announced that all the members will be going into the military, starting from Jin.

While the fans were recovering from the news of their favourite boy band members’ departure to the military, for the coming years, the news of Jin’s solo album will certainly cheer up the fans. Being the eldest member of the group including RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook, fans had expected his solo debut to be the first but better late than never, he will be the second member after J-Hope to kickstart his debut activities.

Even while actively working as a group, all the members have released their solo songs. Jin has co-written and released three solo tracks in their comeback albums – Awake in 2016, Epiphany in 2018, and Moon in 2020, all of which have charted on South Korea’s Gaon Digital Chart and adorned by ARMYs.

BTS has earlier collaborated and performed their song My Universe with Coldplay and connected well with each other. Chris Martin had even gifted Jin his guitar, and fans speculate if the collaboration took off from there on. Along with the logo trailer, Bighit has even released the whole schedule of his activities.

The poster of the album will be released on the 20th of October at 12 am KST, followed by the Concept photos on the 24th, 25th and 26th of October at 12 am KST. While the first music video teaser will be released on 27 October and the full video the next day. They even plan to release a lyric video on the last day of the month ie, on the 31st.

The logo trailer shows an astronaut coming out of a spaceship, which somewhat looks like a stapler. The space traveller then meanders in the vast space, experiencing shooting stars to the moon and man-made satellites and finally revealing the logo of the album.
