-Taxi Driver Season 2 Episode 5 Recap Contains Spoilers-
Taxi Driver season 2 episode 5 begins with Do-gi receiving a surprise when Ha-joon visits his home and tells him that they are now neighbours. Elsewhere, a little girl is seen escaping two goons who are chasing her through the streets; luckily, she manages to escape their clutches.
Later, the scene of Ha-joon trying to enter the underground passage is seen, however, the lift gets stuck and he is unable to discover the Rainbow Taxi team’s real secret. This is because Sung-chul has asked Kyung-goo and Jin-eon to block that entrance after having caught Ha-joon earlier that day.

The next day, Go-eun is ready to continue her house search when she feels someone staring at her, but before she can confirm this suspicion, Ha-joon interrupts her and they get inside Do-gi’s taxi to look for houses. While returning, Do-gi suddenly hits the brakes when a shadow rushes in front of his taxi.
It is none other than the little girl from the previous night, who once again escape the three when they try to approach her. However, Do-gi quickly finds her and takes her to their headquarters. There, he informs Sung-chul about having called the police and also brings about his suspicions about the little girl.

Their suspicions are soon confirmed when Do-gi finds out that the people who reported to the police as her “parents” do not even recognise her picture. He then follows the men who told the “mother” to call the police and finds his way to a consulting firm that guarantees them a house.
The team later discuss the severity of the case and decides to look more into it, however, they decide against involving the little girl in any way possible; unaware that the little girl is already listening to their discussion. This is revealed later when she goes missing but is found by Do-gi in the deluxe taxi.

There, he formally accepts the mission and begins this mission with no prior planning or information. He soon finds out that meeting the main person at the firm is not as easy as it looks, especially without hiding himself. Thinking about this, he later proposes Go-eun the idea to get married and behave like newlyweds.
The two soon gear up and begin their plan; they get their hands on a golden ticket to attend his lecture and win a chance to get private counselling from their main person. Unfortunately, this was not the end of their task as they fail to get a private counselling session.
Taxi Driver Season 2 Episode 5 Ending
Taxi Driver season 2 episode 5 Ending shows Do-gi finding a way through his will and turning on the emergency fire extinguisher in the office, thus, destroying their documents in the process. Left with no other choice, another session is held with the guests and this time Do-gi and Go-eun are able to get their lucky chance and get a step closer to their target.

Sung-chul warns them to be careful as more kids may be involved in this case while Do-gi and Go-eun return to the team to discuss their next step. However, Do-gi soon gets a call from the consulting firm and the two rush home to meet the person in question.
However, they are soon bound to be shocked by the way Kyung-goo and Jin-eon have decorated “their” home but are unable to express it in this situation. On the other hand, one of the drivers stops the little girl and tries to follow her, luckily, Sung-chul arrives there on time and they are to avoid this situation.

But things aren’t as bright on Do-gi’s side as they are asked the question if they are really married before the episode comes to an episode.
Taxi Driver Season 2 Episode 5 Review
Another fun-filled yet intriguing episode of Taxi Driver season 2, and there is no doubt that we are happy and excited for the next episode of the season. The much-awaited Do-gi and Go-eun moments have definitely stolen our hearts and we are definitely not complaining.
On the other hand, the case chosen this time is really intriguing as trafficking is definitely a crime and I would like to witness how the case this time is solved. Additionally, my suspicion of Ha-joon has once again increased but the hope is still existent.
