Suspicion: All You Need to Know About Apple TV’s Upcoming Thriller

After thrilling pieces like Lisey’s Story and Losing Alice in the past two years, Apple TV is back with another thriller titled Suspicion. Based on the Israeli thriller TV series False Flag, the show is directed by Chris Long. Ahead of the series premiere, let us check out all the relevant details that one must know before diving into this thriller.

Suspicion Cast

It is the return of our iconic Kill Bill Bride but in a different avatar! Yes, you guessed it right! Veteran actress Uma Thurman headlines the show as Katherine Newman. Along with her, we are going to see the fan favourite Rajesh Koothrappali aka Raj from The Big Bang Theory Kunal Nayyar in the role of Aadesh Chopra. Following the pattern of the star cast, we have The Truman Show’s Noah Emmerich as Scott Anderson, Murdered by My Boyfriend’s Georgina Campbell as Natalie Thompson, Game of Thrones’ Elyes Gabel as Sean Tilson and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s Elizabeth Henstridge as Tara McAllister.

The other cast members include Angel Coulby as Vanessa Okoye and Tom Rhys Harries as Eddie Walker. We also have Charlie Carter in an undisclosed role.

Suspicion Plot

The plot description for the show on Apple TV+ reads: “Four ordinary Brits are accused of kidnapping the son of a prominent U.S. media mogul. They embark on a desperate race against time to prove their innocence, but will anyone believe them- and are they telling the truth?”. The thriller genre also intermingles with the theme of murder mystery it seems.

Suspicion Release Date

The series consists of eight parts. The first two episodes will premiere on Apple TV+ on Friday, 4 February 2022. The remaining six episodes will get a weekly release every Friday thereafter. You can set a reminder for the show, here.
