However, Shiv experiences a sudden crisis of faith in Kendall’s ability to lead the company effectively. Swallowing her reservations, Shiv casts her vote in favour of the GoJo deal, an unexpected betrayal that sends shockwaves throughout the room. Tom, unexpectedly thrust into the role of CEO, assumes the reins of power, with Shiv at his side as an influential ally.

Roman, ever the enigmatic figure, finally resigns himself to the realization that he and his siblings were never truly worthy of inheriting their father’s empire. Accepting his place outside the inner circle, he embraces his own future.
