Truth be told, while some of us have genuinely come to love She-Hulk Attorney at Law as a character despite the initial and ongoing backlash, most viewers have been watching the show on the sidelines only to catch a glimpse of Daredevil. Way before the series had even picked up its momentum, Charlie Cox’s return to the MCU had been teased a bazillion times, giving the show the traction it needed.
With each episode of the series passing by without introducing him, fans were starting to lose their composure. Their prayers were finally answered in She-Hulk Episode 8 titled, Ribbit and Rip it, also the penultimate episode of the season, when Matt Murdock showed up at court representing the superhero suit designer Luke Jacobson.

Now, this particular release put Jennifer Walters in a fix, after all, Luke is her newly discovered designer as well. Unfortunately, his artistic creations are also shared with another individual, who happens to be a rich brat with the alias Leap-frog. Waltzing in with problems of his own design, he falsely accuses Luke and withholds his own errors.
While the client makes for slapstick comedy, his stupidity does bring Jen and Matt face to face, and soon the latter’s superhero identity is also disclosed to her. And well, their chemistry has gone off the roof. It’s just simple gestures extended towards each other, and it still has a strong hold on the audience. Clearly, we’re all loving this pair.

Except that, many Daredevil fans were apprehensive of him making a comeback specifically in She-Hulk because the show takes things on a lighter note, while Murdock’s superhero persona is quite the opposite. Nevertheless, despite the light-hearted representation, fans are lauding the comic accuracy of his design in this episode. However, not everyone is easily satisfied, so there will always be mixed notions in the matter of discussion.

A disparaging twist for Jen also made its way into the episode at the gala after its gleeful first half. Inteligencia dropped the bomb on her by completely ruining her night. Although it was Jen, whose privacy was entirely shattered in front of an esteemed audience, the police decided to take her down first instead. Fans have expressed a strong distaste for that as well. And obviously, this series doesn’t run in isolation, so some major easter eggs were also pointed out by the fans.
