Scream 6 Trailer Reactions: “Best in the Series” Unites Woodsboro Survivors; Theories and Emotions Spill Over

The newest Scream 6 trailer for the forthcoming sequel of the high-rated slasher saga, either loved or feared by all, has finally made the cut and things aren’t looking too good for the Woodsboro inmates. As the four remaining survivors of the last Ghostface killings move out of the deadly town to start afresh, another scream fest awaits them in the near future.

Returning favourites from previous counterparts of the franchise include Melissa Barrera as Sam Carpenter, Jasmin Savoy Brown as Mindy Meeks-Martin, Mason Gooding as Chad Meeks-Martin, Jenna Ortega as Tara Carpenter, Hayden Panettiere as Kirby Reed and Courtney Cox as Gale Weathers. Additionally, Henry Czerny, Jack Champion, Liana Liberato, Samara Weaving and others will also be seen in the sixth opening act.

The latest horror rush is set in New York, but shifting to a new city can never guarantee a safe way out, especially when Ghostface is concerned. The previously released teaser for the film had set the bar high, and now that the full-length trailer is out, fans have already declared the next instalment to be the best of the bests.

Although Panettiere’s Kirby and Cox’s Gale are back to help the others clean up the mess, they have their own set of problems to deal with as well. The trailer also features a hall of fame (or shame, depending on who your allegiance is with) and the fans quickly jotted down their theories on the matter and other visuals they witnessed throughout the 2 minutes duration.

Some missing characters caused an uproar among the ones who loved them, whereas others couldn’t hide their heart-eyes for Kirby, claiming it to be “the best thing” that has ever happened to them. As is evident, the audiences are ready to make this movie “their whole personality” in March. A few parallel references to other films and cross franchise characters were also made, as netizens couldn’t help but notice the similarities between them.
