Pam and Tommy Episode 8: “Seattle”

Directed by Gwyneth Horder-Payton and written by Robert Siegel, Pam and Tommy Episode 8 is the finale of this Anderson-Lee miniseries. We witness the career decline in the lives of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee with Anderson missing out on L.A. Confidential and Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery and, Mötley Crüe’s Generation Swine lands badly.

As for the infamous sex tape, we see Warshavsky’s offering to buy the exclusive rights of streaming the tape from the couple that will limit access to the footage and add a paywall, which is accepted by Anderson but rejected by Lee. Rand achieves his final character arc during this particular episode where he goes from confronting Warshavsky about the tape to trying to make amends with Anderson and Lee to finally being offered a sum of $10,000 for the original tape.

The final moments of the episode document the downfall of Lee and Anderson’s marriage and, how the marriage had grown loveless and insulting after a point of time. The series ends with Lee and Anderson getting a divorce after their son is born
