No Bail For Aryan Khan, SRK’s Son in Drug Case, Here’s Why

The Aryan Khan drug case is getting intense and heated with every passing day. Aryan Khan, 23, who is the son of Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan has been in custody due to his involvement in a cruise ship where drugs were allegedly seized. The members of the Bollywood industry have constantly shown their support for the family. Recently, Hrithik Roshan had penned down an emotional fatherly letter in support of the SRK family and to extend his hand to Aryan Khan.

Few believe that SRK is being targeted through this entire case. However, allegations of the same have been denied by the zonal director of NCB. The court rejected NCB’s plea for the further custody of Aryan and the people taken into account on October 7, observing that an extension of police custody would be a violation of their fundamental rights. As of October 8, Aryan Khan’s hearing takes place. NBC reportedly gave the accused a tough fight in today’s scheduled hearing.

The Verdict on Aryan Khan Drug Case

After a long day of court proceedings, the court has dictated the arguments put forward by Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha as “not maintainable”. Thus, rejecting the bail applications.

Live Law reported: “Court – Heard, considered, decisions cited, applications are not maintainable hence rejected.”

On Friday afternoon, a day after their judicial custody, SRK’s son and the seven co-accused in the rave party raids, were sent to the Arthur Road Central Jail. The two women who were accused – Munmun Dhamecha and Nupur Sarika – were sent to the Byculla Women’s Jail. Whereas the others – Arbaaz Merchant, Vikrant Chhoker, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, and Gomit Chopra were sent to the ARCJ, along with Aryan.

The rejection of the bail pleas implies that the accused are to remain in their respective jails until bail is granted to them.

This particular news comes on the same day as mother, Gauri Khan’s birthday when celebrities throughout the industry have been wishing her and showing support and extending wishes for her son’s safety and well being.
