New Moon Knight Trailer Shows Oscar Isaac in a Mix of Action and Psychology

A new Moon Knight trailer has been released and it features one of the most interesting scenes from the upcoming series with a tease on how many episodes the show is going to have. Oscar Isaac in his new Marvel role seems both classy and confused and, that is exactly what his character demands. The new snippet also delves deeper into who exactly is this new character getting introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The show is created by Deathnote and The Umbrella Academy famed Jeremy Slater based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name as the title. Slater serves as the head writer for the series along with Mohamed Diab, who leads the directing team. The cast includes Oscar Isaac in the titular role and, is supported by actors Ethan Hawke, May Calamawy, Gaspard Ulliel, Lucy Thackeray and others.

In the new Moon Knight trailer, we see Oscar Isaac’s Steven and Marc, both the personalities interact with each other. The conversation depicts the psychological perspective of the show where we are going to witness the personality disorder our protagonist goes through of being both a mercenary and a gift shop employee. We see Steven ask, “Am I some sort of Secret Agent?”, to which Marc replies, “It’s a little more complicated than that”.

The new trailer also reveals that the series is going to have six episodes which are titled ‘six events’. With the snippets, one can assume that this is just the first season of the show and will serve as the origin story for our character.

Moon Knight is scheduled to premiere on March 30, 2022, on Disney+ Hotstar. The series is set to be part of Phase Four of the MCU. Let us know in the comments below what you feel about this upcoming series.
