My Happy Marriage Episode 3 Ending Explained: The third episode premiered on July 19, 2023, on Netflix. My Happy Marriage (My Blissful Marriage) or Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (わたしの幸せな結婚) is an upcoming anime series which will be premiering on Netflix. Based on the light novel of the same name written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, it also has a manga adaptation illustrated by Rito Kohsaka.
The live-action film adaptation of the fantasy series was released in Japan on March 2023. Following the story of Miyo, who enters an arranged marriage with a ruthless commander, officially got its own anime series announced to be directed by Takehiro Kubota under Kinema Citrus Studios. Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi and Momoka Toyoda are credited as the writers, and Evan Call gives the music.
Licensed under Netflix, the series is scheduled to run for 13 episodes. With an estimated duration of 20-25 minutes each, the episodes are available in English dub and subtitles. The opening theme song is Anata no Soba ni (貴方の側に。, “By Your Side”) by Riria and the ending theme song, Vita Philosophica (ヰタ・フィロソフィカ), is performed by Kashitarō Itō.

In the latest episode, Kiyoka attempts to understand Miyo more. She is very different from all the women who previously visited him which raises his curiosity. However, without much investigation, he was able to figure out she was not treated fairly by her father and rest of the family. He constantly tries to reassure her that she is enough and helps her understand her own worth.
Why did Kiyoka give her a comb?
Both Kiyoka and Miyo went to the city for a short visit. Miyo had never been to the city before, so she remained a bit anxious, but Kiyoka was able to make her feel comfortable. He also ordered the tailor to stitch some kimonos for Miyo with expensive material. After they both returned home, Kiyoka left a gift outside Miyo’s room, which surprised her, and she said that she cannot accept it. But Kiyoka convinced her to keep it.
Gifting a comb indicates that a man is confessing his feeling to another person in Japanese culture. It could also mean that he is officially courting her. Although Kiyoka denies it in front of Yuri, it is quite obvious that he has developed feelings for Miyo.

What did Kiyoka find out about Miyo?
Kiyoka sent his top officers to investigate Miyo and her family so that he can understand her better. The officer came with the information that Miyo was abused by her family. Since her mother passed away, she had been living a hard life. Moreover, he also found out that she belongs to the Usuba family, who is known for their supernatural power, but Miyo does not possess any power of her own.
Who was spying on Kiyoka?
The head of the Tatsuishi family had been adamant about bringing Miyo to their family, and he was furious with Shinichi Saimori for sending her to the Kudo house. But Shinichi said that she has no ability or charm, so Kudo will throw her away and then Tatsuishi can take her with no problem. So, it can be concluded that the Tatsuishi family was spying on Kudo. However, Kiyoka observed it right away and destroyed the artificial birds with his pyrokinetic ability.
