In their home, when Do-hee was having a nightmare about her parents leaving her, Gu-won gave her a sweet dream where she could spend her Christmas with her loved ones. The next morning, Do-hee accepts that saw a great dream, and she and her husband make plans to spend Christmas together and enjoy more loving moments. We also see Ga-young leaving Gu-won as she understands her wrongdoings and wishes to move on from her feelings.

After that, Seok-min invites Do-hee to a family get-together with which he wishes to bridge the gap between them. Somewhere else, Gu-won rushes to make a contract with a gambler so that he doesn’t combust in flames. But his delinquent followers witness the entire scene and come to know about his identity. They become more of his fans.

Somewhere else, Se-ra finds out about the book on demons and gets caught by her husband, who menacingly asks her how long has she known about his deeds. That night Gu-won and Do-hee attend the family dinner with Seok-min, and it ends in a disaster. He asks everyone to transfer their shares to him. But almost everyone says no to this deal, due to which Seok-min swears to stop being kind.

Later, when Seok-hoon gets to know about Seok-min’s menacing changes in the company, he goes to confront him but is kicked out as the CEO instead. Gu-won, on the other hand, decides to get back the demon manual book and heads to the hospital where Seok-min is keeping his wife, as a prisoner. Gu-won tells her to speak the truth about the book’s location so that she can escape her own hell.

My Demon Episode 13 Review

The first half of this episode was pretty laid back and filled with rom-com moments. You get the romantic angle of not just our main couple, but also Bok-gyu and Da-jeong.

It is in the second half that things get interesting as we realise why Seok-min was trying to be so considered to Do-hee. And the last revelation was really something that caught me off guard. Now, what happens to Do-hee, we will have to find out in the next episode.

The series is streaming on Netflix right now.
