Unpreccedented heavy rain is being lashed on all over the city of Mumbai as an effect of Cyclone Gulab taking control. Roads are getting waterlogged, buses are being swept away as Cyclone Gulab weakens into depression. The India Meteorological Department already issued heavy rain warnings and the situation does not seem to be in control. The rainfall figure has already breached 3,000 mm and continues all across Maharashtra.
