The Fans are stressed out as they selected Egg Plant as the ingredient for the main dish, and Sashi is good with the vegetable. He decides to cook a curry that’s one of the best dishes on his restaurant menu. Both the teams are pumped up but quite nervous about facing the service challenge in the second episode.
Harry from the Fans team tells Andy and Jock that their entrée dish is Jerusalem Artichoke puree topped with crispy grilled artichoke and some artichoke chips. A worried Andy says, “that’s a lot of artichokes”. But Harry is quite sure of her dish, and Jock and Andy wish her luck. The dessert groups of both the teams are also working on a delicious dish for the dessert.
