As Little Mix Splits, Here Are Some Hits of the Band You Must Listen

Little Mix’s announcement about taking a “break” has all of us in tears. In 2020, when Nelson exited the group stating mental health issues, fans were already heartbroken to see the group of four become a trio. Still, the brighter side was to see the girls get on with their music and deliver us some remarkable hits. However, as of December 3, 2021, the British girl group have announced a halt to their music-making magic after 10 years of being together, so the members can focus on more individual projects.

The band the announcement moments before taking the stage at The Graham Norton Show which featured Spider-Man Tom Holland and Witch Henry Cavill. After the performance, the girls visibly broke down as they will be no longer performing together (for a while at least) after the Confetti tour in April/May 2022. But before we say goodbye to our first British group to ever win The X Factor in 2011, let us take a look back at the group’s top four songs that we’ll never forget!

Little Mix Songs To Cherish Forever

Between Us

Released in 2021, this album is the group’s latest and greatest hits of all time. With twenty tracks in the album, the track called ‘Between Us’ is probably one of the best things the ‘sisters’ have put together shot during the COVID-19 pandemic and when group members Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards were pregnant. Marking their ten year anniversary, the music video is a collection of bts shots of the love the group shares.

Black Magic

The lead single of Little Mix’s third Studio album ‘Get Weird’ is inspirational and will always remain the anthem to every high school girl out there. With some 80s vibe influence, the song got critical praise and the music video is still a spectacle to behold.

Shout Out to My Ex

Getting over ex has never been easier! Little Mix’s fourth studio album ‘Glory Days’ gave everyone their mantra to chant after a breakup- ‘Shout Out to My Ex’. In fact, this song is the group’s second-longest charting number-one single there, behind “Black Magic” on the UK Singles Charts. It even won the British Single of the Year!

Little Mix’s 2018 album ‘LM5’ featured the track ‘Wasabi’ which has been playing during all house parties and pubs to date! The song initially rose on TikTok as a trend. The music video is a rather unique one given the trend of the group as it has shots of behind-the-scenes footage from their tour bus, backstage, and different tour venues.

Holding back our tears, we hope Little Mix gets back soon. Until then, their songs will surely fill our hearts with all the beats that we are going to miss in the upcoming years.
