BTS’ Jimin has finally dropped Like Crazy Teaser, and the fans are ecstatic about it! The upcoming song serves as the title track for his debut solo album, Face. Along with the title track, the extended play will consist of five b-side tracks, one of which will be the English version of the song.
The short teaser for Jimin’s upcoming solo album opens with the camera pointing toward his eyes and panning out to display the room fully. With white walls, the room appears sombre and serene. The artist appears to be inside the kitchen of the house. However, the room is fairly empty, with only a few kitchen items and s small coffee table in the middle of the room where he is sitting. He does not look away from the camera and keeps his gaze intact. Suddenly the scene changes, and he appears in a dark room with a glimmer of light that focuses on his face.
A melodic and relaxing tune continues to play in the background. It can be speculated that the music is related to the album’s title track. Most enticing aspects of the teaser are the singer’s beautiful facial features and the innocent gaze that creates a euphoria within. Not much about the album is revealed, but the fans’ expectations from the artist remain high.
Additionally, the singer has already pre-released a title track from his upcoming album called Set Me Free Pt. 2, which is of the dance/hip-hop genre. The video of the track is grand, and the singer showcases his spectacular dancing skills along with a crew of equally amazing performers. With heavy experimental beats, the music video is not just a visual spectacle but also unique.
The K-pop star’s song was well-received both internationally and domestically. It secured the top spots upon its release in the South Korean charts like Melon, Bugs, Genie etc. Moreover, it has gained 15 million streams on Spotify since its release and has garnered 32 million views on Youtube so far.
The BTS member has also actively participated in the production and contributed to the lyrics for the upcoming album. There are five b-side tracks apart from the title song, namely, Face-off, Interlude: Dive, Alone, Set Me Free Pt. 2 and Like Crazy (English Version).
