HBO’s upcoming release Kimi has a promising cast and storyline. The Warner Bros., streaming platform has recently graced us with releases such as Station Eleven, Raised by the Wolves Season 2, The Fallout and more. One might even say that February is the month of HBO Max releases looking at all the season premieres and finales lined up, one of the many being the Zoë Kravitz thriller movie.

The Big Little Lies star, who also happens to be our next Catwoman in the upcoming Matt Reeves’ The Batman movie, Zoë Kravitz stars as the protagonist named Angela Childs. Playing the role of her boss is Sleepless in Seattle star Rita Wilson. Actor India de Beaufort plays the role of Sharon along with actor Emily Kuroda as Dr. Burns. The other cast members include Byron Bowers, Jaime Camil, Jacob Vargas, Derek DelGaudio, Erika Christensen, Devin Ratray, Andy Daly, Robin Givens and, Charles Halfor.

Kimi Plot/Synopsis
The film is set against the background of the COVID-19 pandemic in Seattle. At the centre of the story is an agoraphobic tech worker who discovers evidence of a violent crime. However, to report the crime she will not only have to face high-profile, powerful authorities but, also overcome her fear of public spaces. The film is described as a thriller, mystery drama.

The film is scheduled to release on HBO Max on February 10, 2022. The runtime of the film is going to be close to two hours. However, the solidified runtime is not disclosed yet.
