Director James Gunn Shares the Official Peacemaker Blooper Reel, Watch

Peacemaker was a pleasant surprise for all the viewers out there. So much so that the season finale went out with a recording-breaking bang in regards to viewership metrics. Director James Gunn, who is known for his work in  Guardians of the Galaxy and The Suicide Squad has been a constant pillar for the fans when it came to teasers, watch parties and updates. Even now that the series has ended, the director has not stepped back from this role of his.

Fairing brilliantly with its wacky, wild and interesting storytelling, the superhero miniseries is the first TV series of the DCEU. With John Cena playing the titular role, the actor is joined by Danielle Brooks, Freddie Stroma, Chukwudi Iwuji, Jennifer Holland, Steve Agee, and Robert Patrick in this show. The recurring cast includes Annie Chang, Lochlyn Munro, Elizabeth Ludlow, Rizwan Manji, Alison Araya, Lenny Jacobson, Nhut Le and Christopher Heyerdahl. The show first premiered on January 13, 2022, with three episodes in the first go and follows a weekly release per episode thereafter. The season finale aired on February 17, 2022.

In the spirit of President’s Day week and, to celebrate the success of the series, Gunn took over his Twitter handle to share the first official Peacemaker blooper reel. Being nine minutes long, the reel courses over the entire first season of the show.

As of now, we are sure that there is a second season on the way. The finale ended with surprising cameos and, a storyline that needs to be explored further. Fans are, of course, hoping for the best to happen to the second season of the show.
