Grid: All You Should Know About New Disney+ Korean Show

Grid, the upcoming mystery thriller has created quite a buzz among the audiences. The series is directed by Lee Khan, who is known for his previous popular venture The Divine Move 2: The Wrathful. The upcoming Korean thriller is written by acclaimed screenwriter Lee Su Yeon, who has received many accolades for his legal drama Stranger. The teaser of the upcoming series was first released by APAC Content.

Grid had finished its filming and is now focussing on post-production. It is one of the seven new original Korean series that Disney+ had announced as part of their expansion into Asia-Pacific content. Among these are the recent shows Snowdrop starring Blackpink’s Jisoo and Jung Hae-in and the upcoming Rookie Cops starring singer Kang Daniel.

Grid Cast:

The leading cast members include Seo Kang-joon, Kim Ah-joong, Kim Mu-yul, Lee Si-young and Kim Sung Kyun. Seo plays police officer Kim Sae-ha conducting an investigation of a supernatural entity played by Lee who easily escapes his clutches disappearing into thin air.

Grid Plot/ Synopsis:

This upcoming Korean thriller is about a mysterious being, who saved mankind from a crisis in the year 1997. The being saved humankind twenty-four years ago and now suddenly appears again to help and protect a serial killer. This mystery thriller follows a police officer teaming up with a detective who relentlessly tries to pursue the supernatural being.

Grid Release Date, Trailer and More:

The Korean suspense thriller is all set to release on February 16, 2022. The trailer builds enough suspense with its jump cuts and handheld camera movements which makes the viewers eagerly wait for the series.
