Game Of Thrones Prequel House of the Dragon Photos Go Viral

Game of Thrones prequel show House of the Dragon photos have surfaced, the shooting of which is going on. The pictures, of course, have gone viral.

Game Of Thrones is one of the most popular and watched shows till now. House of the Dragon will be the prequel to Game Of Thrones, which is currently being shot. A few BTS House of the Dragon photos got leaked from the set and have been doing rounds on social media.

A Twitter account named House of the Dragon shared the first House of the Dragon photos of Emma D’Arcy (Rhaenyra Targaryen) and Matt Smith (Daemon Targaryen) sporting a blonde wig look from the set. In the photos, it looks like they are busy in conversation. Now, we don’t know whether it is from any scene or a break time; we just know that it got us more excited about the show. Take a look:

House of Dragons will feature The Outsiders‘ Paddy Considine in the role of King Viserys, Rhaenyra’s father and Daemon’s brother. Rhys Ifans will be seen as Otta Hightower, the Hand of the King and close counsellor of King Viserys. Olivia Cooke will feature in the role of Otto’s daughter, Alicent. Steve Toussaint will play the character called The Sea Snake, and other than that, the series will also have Eve Best and Sonoya Mizuno in their star cast, along with Emma D’Arcy and Matt Smith.

A few days ago, HBO announced that House of the Dragon would start shooting soon. They shared a picture from the reading table on their Twitter account with a caption that read, “Fire will reign. The @HBO original series #HouseoftheDragon is officially in production. Coming soon to @HBOMax in 2022.” House of the Dragon has now begun its shooting in the UK.

GoT has its own fan base, and since the announcement, fans are going crazy about the show especially after the House of the Dragon photos. Though they cannot presume what lies in this story, they can only wait for the show to release. Fans were not really happy with the abrupt ending of GoT season 8, which is supposedly the last season. This new announcement has just sparked up the excitement.

As per the tweet made by the official GoT Twitter account, we now know, “#HouseOfTheDragon, a #GameofThrones prequel is coming to @HBO. The series is co-created by @GRRMSpeaking and Ryan Condal. Miguel Sapochnik will partner with Condal as showrunner and will direct the pilot and additional episodes. Condal will be writing the series.”

The story will revolve around a house of 300 years old and will focus on the Targaryen family. The plot will be set before the original show’s sequence.

The official logo or poster of the series will make you more interested to know about the story. It is a red ensemble that looks like a dragon on a black background where ‘House of the Dragon’ is written along with another statement, ‘Fire Will Reign’.
