Elizabeth Olsen Says She Never Met John Krasinski, Twitter Has Hilarious Reactions

Elizabeth Olsen has made fans fall in love with her performance as Wanda/Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The Sam Raimi directorial stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange, Benedict Wong as Wong and Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez. The article contains major spoilers from the MCU film.

In Multiverse of Madness, we finally met the Illuminati led by Professor X. However, the big surprise in the film was John Krasinski as Reed Richards/Mr Fantastic. When Stephen and America end up on Earth 838, the former meets the Illuminati members. Sadly, Wanda kills most of them, including John’s character. Fans couldn’t control their excitement to see John play the superhero as, for years, they’ve been requesting Marvel to cast him in the role.

Recently, Elizabeth Olsen was asked in an interview if Krasinski is the smartest man alive. The team showed her the picture of The Office actor. To everyone’s surprise, Olsen said she didn’t know him and hadn’t met him yet. The actor said, “I hate to say it, I hope I don’t sound ridiculous, I don’t know who this man is. I mean, he could be walking down the street, and I wouldn’t know a thing. Sorry to this man. I’ve met his wife, though.”

Elizabeth’s answer shocked the fans of Twitter. Fans are surprised because in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Wanda shreds Mr Fantastic when he tries to stop her. On Twitter, one person wrote, “Elizabeth Olsen saying on a lie detector that she’s never met John Krasinski after literally just doing a movie with him and getting a truthful result is the funniest thing that’s happened in months.”
