Drushyam 2 to BRO, All the Telegu Releases to Catch on OTTs This Week!

Looks like the Telegu OTT audiences are in for three major releases on November 25-26, starting with the much-awaited crime thriller ‘Drushyam 2’ with Venkatesh Daggubati to ‘BRO’ with the ghostly presence of Avika Gor. The convenience of OTTs has given rise to regional content spreading across the nation. This positive side of the OTT platforms is a blessing for budding actors and filmmakers to make sure their work reaches the audience and resonates with them. This week marks a tremendous time for Telegu cinema. Let us have a look at all the releases in the world of Telegu cinema for the next two days!

Drushyam 2

Nobody can unsee the success ‘Drushyam’ achieved and was remade so many times with flair. The sequel to ‘Drushyam’, the 2014 remake of the Malayalam movie ‘Drishyam’ starring Mohanlal, ‘Drushyam 2’ is slated for a worldwide release on Thursday, November 25, on Prime Video. As in the original, Venkatesh and Meena will play the lead characters. And like the 2014 movie, this too is a remake of the Malayalam ‘Drishyam 2’.

Also lined up for an OTT release is Akash Puri and Ketika Sharma’s film ‘Romantic’. It will be streamed on Aha from Friday, November 25.


November 25th also marks the release of Sai Dharam Tej’s critically acclaimed movie ‘Republic’. The film will premiere on ZEE5. You can check out the trailer for the film below!


‘BRO’ is billed as a slice-of-life drama featuring Naveen Chandra and Avika Gor. The film is by Karthik Thupurani. It will start streaming on SonyLIV on November 26, 2021. You can watch the trailer for the same below!
