Marvel has dropped the much-awaited Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness teaser. The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Rachel McAdams. If you haven’t watched Spider-Man: No Way Home yet, be ready for some spoilers. As seen in Tom Holland’s film, Strange casts a spell to help Peter Parker to make the world forget he’s Spider-Man. Unfortunately, Peter’s interruptions tamper the spell, opening the multiverse.
At the end of the film, Stephen Strange successfully completes the spell by making every forget Spidey is Peter Parker. But it looks like the damage is not even close to getting fixed. In the Multiverse of Madness teaser, we see Doctor Strange seeking help from Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) in understanding the multiverse.

Strange also meets Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) to understand what exactly went wrong. Mordo tells him that his desecration of reality will not go unpunished. Mordo tells Stephen that he is the greatest threat to the universe. The trailer gives us a glimpse of some damages his spell might’ve caused in this universe. We also meet Evil Strange, who tells Doctor Strange, “Things just got out of hand”.
The Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness teaser description reads, “The Multiverse is a concept about which we know frighteningly little.” Watch the official teaser for Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Only in theatres May 6.”.
