Dhamaka Teaser Ft Kartik Aaryan Out, Parineeti Chopra Reveals Saina’s Release Date!

2020 might have stopped the film industry from filming, but it gave many actors a chance to sign new films. One such actor is Kartik Aaryan who has some interesting stories to tell in the coming years. One such movie he had announced months ago was Dhamaka whose first teaser is now out.

Today, Kartik Aaryan took to his social media pages to share the first teaser which looks dhamakedaar for sure. He plays the role of a news reporter in this thriller saga. For an actor who is known to play boy-next-door, romantic and funny characters, this is quite a change. Even his look is different as he sports a beard, long hair and spectacles in this Netflix film.

In the Dhamaka teaser, Kartik Aaryan is having a meltdown in the newsroom. His character Arjun Pathak is stressed as he sits in front of the camera at the news desk. Amruta Subhash is also in the teaser who tries to motivate him. The teaser gives away nothing about the story. So it will definitely leave the fans asking for more. The actor’s look is reminding us of the Professor from Money Heist aka La Casa de Papel.

Dhamaka is directed by Ram Madhvani and produced by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Movies. Kartik Aaryan captioned the teaser on his social media pages, “Main hoon Arjun Pathak

So far only Kartik and Amruta’s confirmation as the star cast has happened. We can’t wait to know the entire star cast of this new Netflix film.

Another big news is about Parineeti Chopra-starrer Saina. The actress, who is currently garnering praises for The Girl on the Train is all set to rock the big screen soon. Saina is a biopic based on the life of Badminton player Saina Nehwal. Parineeti plays the titular role.

Today, makers announced the release date of the Chopra starrer – the film is all set to release on March 26, 2021. The makers also unveiled a new poster of the film. Saina is directed by Amole Gupte and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishnan Kumar, Sujay Jairaj and Rasesh Shah.

Parineeti Chopra announced the release date on her Twitter page. She wrote, “SAINA! 🏸 In cinemas 26th March 😁“.

Check out Parineeti Chopra’s tweet about Saina’s release date below:

Meanwhile, apart from Dhamaka, Kartik Aaryan also has Dostana 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 lined up. In Dostana 2, the actor shares the screen space with Janhvi Kapoor and Laksh Lalwani. Directed by Collin D’Cunha, the release date of Dostana 2 is yet to be revealed. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, directed by Anees Bazmee, will feature the Pati Patni Aur Woh actor along with Kiara Advani and Tabu. The horror-comedy is slated to release on November 19, 2021.

Talking about Parineeti Chopra, her crime thriller The Girl on the Train released on Netflix last month. Also starring Avinash Mukherjee and Aditi Rao Hydari, the film received a mixed response but Chopra was showered with praises for her performance. The actress will be next seen in Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor. It will be Pari’s first film with the Tamasha actor. Yesterday, the makers revealed its release date which is Dussehra 2022. Animal is directed by Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and also stars Anil Kapoor in a pivotal role.
